Who we are
Hot Iron Studio is a brand and web studio based in Serbia. The site at hotironstudio.com is ours. Questions about this policy go to hello@hotironstudio.com.
What the site collects
The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. It is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs for a short time to run and protect the service.
The enquiry form is guarded by Cloudflare Turnstile, which tells people from automated submissions. Turnstile may set a cookie for that purpose and may process your IP address and browser details under Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.
What happens to an enquiry
When you send the form, we receive your name, email address, company, the choices you made and the words you wrote, together with the page you came from. The message is sent to the studio inbox and a copy is kept in Cloudflare’s storage for twelve months, then deleted. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else.
We do not sell, rent or share your details. The only parties that handle them are the services named above, which act on our instructions.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted at any time. Write to hello@hotironstudio.com and we will answer within one working day.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
